As a member of strategic alliances team at KEMP Technologies, I provide leadership and guidance to technical team and manage technical alliance with our strategic partners. I work closely with partners such as Microsoft, Dell, VMware and others to assess technical alliance opportunities, anticipating market and technological trends, create technical architecture and help drive strategic direction of products to align with strategic goals as well as increase brand awareness and reach to broader markets and customer base.
I love challenges. I just as much love solving tough problems. Combining it with my passion to understand the technology in context of requirements, problems it can solve and most importantly, limitations it may have has greatly helped me get where I am at today. As the saying goes, there is never a dull day when you love doing what you do.
I am honored to have received Microsoft MVP award for last 3 years, acknowledging my community contributions. While that isn’t a motivation, such an appreciative gesture is always welcome!
Over more than 20 years of IT experience, I have worked with multitude of technologies including Messaging, Directory Services, Information Security, Virtualization and others. More importantly, I have learned that hard technical skills can only solve technical problems. To succeed in workplace, you need to understand challenges that businesses face and wants to address. As I like to put it often, people problems can’t be solved by technology. You need to address the requirements but also manage expectations realistically!
